Join us! We are looking for two temporary entry level Administrative Assistants that have previous office support experience. The Administrative Assistant will support our corporate and field operations initiatives. The temporary assistance will be needed for a minimum of 90 days and has the potential to extend in length or full time employment.


Role Overview:


The Administrative Assistant(s) will support our corporate and field operations initiatives. We are looking for candidates with general office experience. The temporary assistance will be needed for a minimum of 90 days and has the potential to extend in length or full time employment.



  • Perform all general office duties
  • Reading and drawing construction maps 
  • Editing PDF documents
  • Handling soft documents by downloading and uploading information and creating files
  • Reconciling project information and documents as needed
  • Perform any other clerical duties including but not limited to assisting with data entry and transposing information 
  • All other duties as assigned



  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one (1) year office experience 
  • Previous billing and invoicing experience a plus
  • Ability to multitask and have strong attention to detail
  • The ability to read and understand maps such as exact ordinances, geometry and locations of all elements.
  • Basic math skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Quickly adapt to new technologies
  • Strong Microsoft Office such as Word and Excel 
  • Be familiar with Google tools such as: Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets. Smartsheet's (preferred)
  • Experience in the facility services or construction field is helpful for the successful candidate. (preferred)

Starting pay begins at $12.00 per hour, depending on experience.
